A cool weekend with a mild autumn atmosphere, organize a small family party that is mainly grilled ribs. Sure everyone likes it.
Ingredients for 4 Servings
1 kg pork ribs
Brown sugar 6 tablespoons
Chili powder 3 tablespoons
Pepper 3 tablespoons
Garlic minced 3 tablespoons
Salt 3 tablespoons
Mustard 3 tablespoons
BBQ sauce 1 box
Take a big bowl, add chili, brown sugar, pepper, garlic (or garlic powder) and salt to mix well.
Sprinkle salt on the front ribs, sprinkle both sides. Leave for a while.
Then, apply the yellow mustard to the face of the ribs. Use a broom to spread both sides of the rib.
Next, sprinkle the original mix of spices on the ribs. Leave to fill the meat surface for a while. Let it sit for a while before baking. Put the baking tray on the foil and put it under the blister in the oven to bake the gravy.
Put the ribs directly on the grill. Turn on the oven to 250 degrees C for 1.5 – 2 hours depending on the size of the rib. You can initially set 250 degrees and then reduce the baking temperature to 1-2 hours until the skew is soft.
If you add barbecue sauce, then remove the ribs from the oven for 10 minutes, apply the sauce to both sides and return to the oven for 5-10 minutes until the outer layer is shiny. Take chopped ribs to eat hot. Water with extra sauce if you like. Served with raw vegetables, the salad is delicious. Decorate and enjoy with fruits such as oranges and pineapples creating new and beautiful flavors.
