Many familiar dishes still bring a strange feeling by combining spices and side dishes. The delicious way to grill chicken is irresistible. Just a few simple steps, you have the lamb chops to treat the whole family already!
Ingredients for 3 Servings
300 grams of lamb
Olive oil 1 tablespoon
Soy sauce 3 tablespoons
(Maggi soy sauce)
Chili sauce 2 tablespoons
(Or replace with satay)
Garlic 1 root
The lamb chops are bought to cut each chest.
Garlic smashed, not crushed.
Grilled lamb chops
Preparation: Put olive oil, soy sauce, chili sauce (garlic), garlic in a bowl and mix well.
Note: If you give a lot of chili sauce or satay, reduce the soy sauce above. Because chili sauce is also salty.
Making sauce: Put the whole mixture into a small pan to open the fire to simmer. Reduce the fire to a minimum after boiling and stir to make the sauce match.
Marinate meat: Hold each rib plant in a saucepan of sauce, or use a spatula to fill the meat with water.
Note: Do not let the meat touch the bottom of the hot pan as it will ripen and it will not taste good.
Grilled ribs: Ribs are marinated, then put in an oven or baked on a charcoal stove. The baking time in the oven is 25-30 minutes at a temperature of 170-180 degrees C (depending on the ribs more or less fat – the fat-laden ribs will be fat and tastier but must be baked longer).
Grilling on a charcoal stove is better because you will have the opportunity to water more sauce during the baking process.
After the ribs are ripe like gold, then put out plates and cups.
